The Blue Tri-Chew is an excellent tool for oral motor therapy.  The Blue Tri-Chew is the same as the Yellow Tri-Chew. They are both soft options of the Beckman Tri-Chew.  Chose the color that best suits you.  This Tri-Chew has ridges, bumps, and swirls on each tip that simulate the various textures experienced when chewing food.  Jaw movement and pressure can be addressed with the varied sizes of the triangle tips.  The textured sides provide sensory input for the lips, gums, and tongue. The triangular shape makes it is easy for little ones to hold. The Tri-Chew is recommended for ages 6 months – 2 years. It is not recommended for aggressive chewing. Caution: While these chew tools are made out of sturdy, medical grade materials, they are not indestructible. Some individuals (particularly those with heavy oral needs and aggressive biting/chewing) may be able to damage the tools. Supervision is recommended at all times when using the Tri-Chew.  Please replace if the item shows signs of wear and tear.
